FIFA

I have been watching the FIFA World Cup. The other day Mexico and Brazil versed each other and they  both had 0-0 . This morning I watched England and Uruguay. The score was 2 to Uruguay and 1 to England. My favortite team at the moment is Brazil.

Rylee's country

This week I have been working hard on my country. I have been reading
It's of books about it and studying at home and at school.
My country is very ancient. It is dry. It has lots of pictures of the kings and queens. The kings are called pharoahs. The queens have their hair shaved off and they wear a wig! Can you guess what my country is?

If you guessed Egypt you are right!

Birthday Surprise!

Couper and his mum surprised our class with a giant chocolate birthday cake for Caitlin today! YUM!

Our Auckland

We have been discussing Auckland. It is our city, but what is special about Auckland. It got us thinking... What do we do in Auckland? Where do we go? What do we enjoy? What makes it a special place? We brainstormed places we had been and then each took a place to write about. Check out our awesome work!
